Chef Felix, known for his inventive take on Mediterranean flavours, lends his signature touch to creating elevated yet approachable dishes built around premium ingredients and rustic techniques. Working alongside him is Chef Alessandro from Genova, Italy, whose experience in Michelin-starred Italian kitchens and lifelong dedication to the culinary arts infuse every plate with soulful authenticity.
