Across two rooftop destinations, the experience takes you from La Torre’s Engine Room to La Luna’s Podium, with Emilia-Romagna flavours, race-inspired cocktails, live entertainment and late-night energy setting the pace.
LA TORRE: THE ENGINE ROOM
Kick off the evening at La Torre with Garganelli ($30++), tossed with Roma tomato sauce, crispy guanciale and creamy stracciatella. A rich taste of Emilia-Romagna built to fuel the night ahead.
